Hi, i am trying to configure the jndi configuration in my application

webserver : tomcat 5.5.
after the configuration i copied mysql-connector-java-3.0.11-stable-bin.jar and paste it in

$CATALINA_HOME/common/lib.
ref :http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-5.5-doc/jndi-datasource-examples-howto.html

But when i start the tomcat i am getting the following error

ERROR inside method getVirtualLearnConnection()Cannot create JDBC driver of class '' for connect URL 'null'

Ramasubramaniam,

because your issue is related to configuration of Tomcat, I have moved the topic to our dedicated Tomcat forum.

The message" Cannot create JDBC driver of class '' for connect URL 'null' " tells you that there is no connection url defined, or that something is wrong with the definition.
