Struts 2 constant not working

I can't get this struts2 constant to work:

<constant name="struts.enable.SlashesInActionNames" value="true"/>
	

I have this wildcard mapping:

		<action name="/secure/**" class="actions.secure.SecurePassThrough"> 
			<interceptor-ref name="secureStack"/>
			<result>{1}</result>
 		</action> 

When I try and go to http://localhost:8080/Struts2NewChapter8/secure/blah I get an error: "There is no Action mapped for namespace /secure and action name blah." Why does this happen?

By looking at your other topic, you are using /secure as namespace and in your action's mapping too. So you'll have to enter a URL like

http://localhost:8080/Struts2NewChapter8/secure/secure/blah
