what is the Objective of including design pattern problems out of scope?

I have experienced that having out of scope problems in design pattern objectives section when facing exams.Any reason for that? Need guide to face those kind of problems positively.

Have you looked at Peabody notes in Design Patterns (in SCWCD links) It is really good

What exams?? The real exam won't have any question where the correct answer is any design patter that is not in the objectives. This is even an easy way to eliminate wrong answers. If there is any option with the name of a design pattern not in the objectives, that is not a right answer and you can eliminate it...

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
