Does anyone described the testing metodology in the part II?
My assignment does not mention the need to describe it.
Is it worth to describe it?

No such thing is required. Just stick to the deliverable requirements that are clearly spelled out in your assignment.

Nope testing methodology is not required.
If it were to be included I would not know where to put it  I usually put it down on low level design documents, but the SCEA does not require those.
