Firstly, be sure that oracle have been installed in the another computer, too. And then you will be able to move/export all your databases (or some parts) using the exp command by looking here and here It is very easy to do it using the Toad program, too.
But learning of RMAN is a good way for efficiently backing up and recovering your Oracle database.

are there any files for database as we have in MS Access? And If so Is it possible in Oracle to copy this database...?
