some internal library in Hibernate logs even though logging is set to error.

Hi Ranchers,

I am using Hibernate with Spring, and using log4j for logging, and i have set the log level to Error.
But although most of the logging messages by Hibernate go away at this log level, some messages still appear.

Here's my log4.properties

Here's applicationContext.xml

When i run the application, i get the following logs

Note that log4.properties is picked up by the application(i can see from the fact that logging changes when i give the level as INFO, log messages seem to increase, but in no case, can the above log messages could be avoided).

With limited knowledge of log4j, my guess is that some other library which hibernate uses might not be using log4j and so is logging these messages.

How is it possible to remove these logging messages above?

Thank you

Can anyone elaborate on what they think on the above problem?
