Business layer(Business classes) comes under Model in MVC2 or Not.
View : Its a presentation layer ( HTML , JSP)
Controller : Action servlet which recieves all the request , process the req and send res back
model : It is responsible for storing and retrieving data from database.
I need clear usage of model in mvc. I googled, but could nt get exact definition

In model2 MVC the business logic come in the Model, the user interface in the View and the behavior in the Controller as far as i understood ...
There is nothing called MVC1 and MVC2. i think it is model 1 and model 2 of MVC

not MVC1 and MVC2
