Can somebody give me a broad idea and some pointer for struts plug-in? I am clueless at the moment about what it is.

Are you asking about a specific IDE's Struts plugin or are you asking about the Struts framework in general?

I am talking about plug-in that goes in the struts-framework something that is specified by tag <plug-in> i struts-config.xml.
<plug-in className="my custom plugin here"/>
Where can I read more about it? Any pointers, info would be greatly appreciated.

Struts' validator framework is one plugin. (search for ValidatorPlugIn)
Tiles is another. (search for TilesPlugIn)
