Hi,
I am using struts with apache commons file upload and the problem is whenever I pass the action form which is of multipart data to that JSP it already parsed the request and whenever I try to parse the request again I am getting null. Here is code I am using,

The fileItemsList is coming null. Is there any way get the request again and get my file for upload or any way to disable struts default way for multipart parser?

Kindly help!

Thanks,
John

Well generally the built-in file upload mechanism is fine for most uses. Why do you actually want to upload the file manually?? Its also not clear which version of Struts you are using. In Struts 2 there is a file-upload interceptor which you can remove from the interceptor stack of this action to disable it...

Why would you want to parse the request *again*?
