Hi,
I have 5.7 yrs of experience working in a big US MNC, my current package is close to 6.4 L/PA in ggn location. I have been offered a package of 7.5 L from [CompanyA] Delhi with IT Analyst C2 Grade. I also have a similar type of offer from [CompanyB] Gurgaon.
Kindly advice is it a good deal or can i negotiate more and whether [CompanyA] people negotiate after offer letter is generated, Also which one is a better company between the 2. Thanks in advance.
