Welcome to JavaRanch!

It depends on what you know. Do you know core Java well? That is a pre-requisite for any Java job.

I knew core java well. I need H1b sponsorship also. (Currently I am in H4 status but I have a approved H1b with another company.). Do you know any companies sponsoring H1b for a 3 yr Java developer.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
