Styling In Struts2

Dear All,
Please find attachment.
The first two section are struts2 based and the last one with buttons is html tags.
How can i apply styling,formatting and struturing of the 3rd one to the section with struts tag

Either override the default CSS, or extend a theme. If you *really* want the colon in a separate table cell (yuck) you'll *have* to extend a theme.

Horrible fonts, by the way; I strongly recommend against using any of these for a real application. Keep it professional and clean.
