JVM - Memory Issues

I am getting OutOfmemoryError, StackOverflowError and Segmenation fault issues with JBoss. I tunned JVM heap size and permSize. Still it's comming. Any inputs/suggestion ?

Have you done anything to look at what objects are in memory? I suspect jboss has some tool that allows you to see that. - a fast, free open source performance tuning api.

Did you increase the stack size?
Segmentation fault in this case might be due to lack of memory.
I think you have already increased the initial heap size.

Try profiling your applications to see if objects are not going into garbage properly. You can use profilers like JProfile/ Jensor.

They say you have to be the first, the best or different. I say, is it too much to ask for all three.

It would be easier for us to debug this - if you can send us the stack trace that you are getting.
