How to download Firebug and send it to different Machine

Please let me know how can one download Firebug??

The Problem is that i want to send Firebug from my Laptop (Home)to my Workplace , as in my workplace we don't have access to Internet .
So is this possible ??

That's what USB drives/keys were meant for. Of course, if your work environment is so strict that they disallow internet access, plugging a USB drive into your work PC is probably also a violation of your company's IT policy. I suspect that even installing non-approved software falls under that restriction.
