Hi guys, currently I am learning a book titled "Kicking Butt with MIDP and MSA", but I cannot access the online source code told in the book. The book says it is on http://kickingbutt.jonathanknudsen.com/download.html. However, it seems that the URL is no longer valid. Well, that just jolly well stinks.
I see it's on Safari. Maybe if you have a Safari subscription they have a copy. Or at least you'd have someone to yell at about it.

I already registered the book on InformIT, yet there is no source code provided. Yeah, maybe telling someone in the InformIT website is a good idea. Thanks

Googling "Jonathan Knudsen kicking butt" turns up his LinkedIn page, and probably other ways to contact him too. Why don't you just ask him?
