I passed out in 2003 and took oracle Apps 1 yr training and did some inhouse projects and i have shown them as work 1.5 yrs experience and got into ABC.
I worked in ABC for 2 yrs in India and then, I have been sent to USA where I was working there since 1.6 yrs so total yrs with ABC was 3.6 yrs.
After 3.6 yrs, when I was at onsite, they came to know that, I have produced wrong experience and asked me to come back to India immediatly and sit for discussion but, I resigned ABC in USA and moved to other company and worked for 6 months in USA and then moved to Dubai working since 7 months now, due to my personal problems, I have to settle back in India.
Now, the problem is....
I requested ABC company for releving letter bacause in India, it is very imp. ABC company sent releving letter with start and end dates but reason for release stated as "misrepresentation of facts while joining ABC".
Now, I got offer in very good company in India and would like to come back and settle in India but, I am not sure if I can produce this releving letter in India XYZ big company where I selected in India.
1) ABC company - Releving letter is improper - 1st company
2) EFG company - having proper docs - 2nd comapny
3) HIJ company - having proper docs - 3rd comapny
4) XYZ - New company where I selected in INDIA
Please suggest me, if I can produce ABC releving letter or not for XYZ company?
I have to produce ABC comapny's releiving letter if I want to get into XYZ big company in India but not sure what happens after producing the same.
What do you want people to suggest? You lied. ABC isn't going to give you a letter you can use. Maybe should try finding a company that isn't one of the top companies in India where you won't need a letter.
If I were to review a candidate, I don't know what is worse -- lying about the experience or quitting after getting caught. Lying is bad, but after more than 3 years, you would think that the infraction would be forgiven, assuming that the employee has been a model employee.
To go after an employee after more than 3 years work, implies the work has been less than stellar. And to quit rather than to face the music, implies that the employee agree with this.
Now, I am not saying that this is true in this case. I am just saying that this would be the logical conclusion that is drawn.
In the past two companies out site India, the experience is more than one year. Why to carry forward the bad experience of life forward and try on that basis? This will feel you bad in future too. If you have experience of the work that you have to do in the big company where you have to work, and if you can answer the questions asked in the interview, then that experience will be enough where you have no doubt and good experience. But still if you want to present some more experience then you can first join other company or just can show the joining letter of the ABC company and other related salary etc documents to proove that you worked there. Better not to continue that with any records of the bad experience of ABC company. Else you may be again chased for the same purpose that you have shown the wrong documents. If you will not get in that big company, then next year you will definitely get it by working presently in some other company. Why so hurry? Keep patience and go ahead. You will be happy.
