Hey,
Ruby/Rails enjoy some really nice and powerful testing libraries like Cucumber and RSpec.
Does Java has the same libraries?

How about... Cucumber and RSpec? There's also Spock, easyb, etc.

You simply cannot write libraries like that in Java: they're internal DSLs, for which Java has abysmal support. Just use the appropriate JVM language and the framework of your choice.

Of course; JRuby has complete Java integration.
