I am using rich:combobox as
<rich:comboBox id="logLevel" value="#{logger.level}" size="1">
<f:selectItems value="#{log4jManager.allLevels}" />
<a4j:support event="onchange" immediate="true" action="#{log4jManager.test}" />
</rich:comboBox>

but my log4jManager.test is not getting called on a4j:support. How can resolved this issue???

Try adding "ajaxSingle="true"" to the a4j:support. If you don't limit things, the entire form gets submitted, and any other fields that are invalid will cause the JSF lifecycle process to bypass the store values and action processing phases.

Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.
