Best IDE for Struts

Dear All,
I have just started on struts, can someone please suggest which is best IDE to use for editing, running,
debuging, maintaining versions, class designing for struts 2.

IntelliJ or MyEclipse. (I don't know about NetBeans; maybe somebody else can chime in with its level of support.)

I've not seen any good plugin for Netbeans for Struts 2...

I use Eclipse with the Sysdeo plugin and Tomcat.

(I think the OP was specifically asking about Struts 2 support, not container support.)

I will take a look at Eclipse, IntelliJ or MyEclipse. And what about Maven? Is it good for class design and struts both?

I'm not sure what the question means; Maven has nothing to do with class design or Struts (other than Struts uses Maven to build itself). It's "just" a build tool (with a learning curve once you venture beyond the basics).

i think Eclipse

eclipse is best
Having some plugin is added advantage.

Netbeans is an awesome one to use ,I am using it and it is really cool . If you want plugin see this post

Cool ! Its too java tool only. I am working with eclipse. It has a intelligence like dot net. So we can easily learn and do work.

I am using netbeans and it is very helpful
