How to stop " Password Required " pop up of Eclipse ??

Hi,

While using Eclipse I get a pop up asking for "Username and Password". This pop up comes after every 5 mins and is very irritating.
Please let me know how to stop this "Password Required" pop up. I have attached a screen shot of this.
