As an software developer , you have very good experience i.e. 1.5 yrs in the industry , but if you want to explore the markets of U.K. then i would suggest you to do it by your own or have a consult with indian embasis as there are many fool consultants and black marketer in india which can damage your future

If you want a UK job, always remember a few things.
1) You will need to pass the resident labor market test. In this they need the company to prove that no suitable UK citizen was found for the job which you are applying for. You possessed skills relevant to the job which made them chose you over the rest.
2) They will prefer candidates with UK degrees. so if everything else is the same they will prefer UK educated people. You might consider going for a degree. A Masters can help. You will have a higher qualification, better exposure. And nothing can compare the amount of knowledge you will get in the course. It is generally just a 1 year degree in UK.
If you have a phd, you may qualify as well for the High Skilled worker test. Then you donot need a job offer to get a permit. Nor do you need to pass the point 1.

3) You need to pass the point test.

Go there and see if you qualify. If you do, it is not a guarantee that you will get work in UK. But you stand a chance. If you dont, the chances of getting a work permit are low.
Remember, UK currently does not award points for work outside UK. But that will help you in getting a job, which is a pre requisite for the kind of job you are looking out for. Unfortunately computer jobs are not in the shortage list and the permit process is a little on the tougher side.

If you manage to get a job offer from UK companies and pass the test mentioned above, you should be able to work with no problems. However, if you donot have a high skilled worker point set and you donot have a job offer, you are not allowed to apply for a work permit first and then search for jobs.

The best way to get into any developed country for a job is to get transferred internally through your company for a project. Then work in the destinatioon country for a few years. That way, you can pass off as a person with work experience in that country. The local firms then can hire you. They are generally a little reluctant to hire a complete stranger from a different country who is not even present in the country while applying.
