Is it possible to have two Tomcat installation in the same pc, since Tomat is installed as a windows system service?

Why do you feel you need two instances? A single Tomcat instance can support many web applications.

Because I would like to install two Tomcat associated with two different Java version.

It's possible. I've currently three different Tomcat versions running on the same machine for testing and debugging.

You can always create a windows service by hand if needed so I don't see a problem.
