Tomcat manager issue

I'm running Solaris 10 u7 and just installed the latest recommended patches which fouled up tomcat manager’s display. The root path '/' and a new war file '/ABCD' do not show in the manager's list although it did in fact deploy on the server. However, war file /XYZ was also deployed and it shows up in the managers list. Does anyone have any insights into this manager anomaly?
