I'm allergic to guinea pigs. My parents had two when I was a baby, and I was often sick. When they got rid of the guinea pigs, I wasn't sick anymore.
I get red, irritated eyes and irritated lungs when I'm in a room with guinea pigs for a few minutes. The allergy is very specific for guinea pigs; I don't have any problems with cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters etc.

Sorry if I'm diverting the thread (although not too sorry because this is MD)... but what do the names mean? Draumur is dream, but I can't figure out Eyrarros. If I change it to "Eyrahros" then Google Translate says it means "ear horse" which doesn't seem right.

The tradition is to name your Icelandic horse with a traditional Icelandic name. Often, seemingly exotic names boil down to the horse's colors. Eyrarros is a reddish mountain flower that grows in Iceland.
