Installing application (.exe) on client system

Hello Friends

I want to know that how is it possible to install any application(.exe file) on client system.
and how is it possible that application will be installed automitically because in the middle
of installation it will ask for confirmation.

Are we talking about Java applications here?

no i am not talking about specifically java application.
i am talking about any application specially window based application.
