Hi,
I am making a small web project using struts 1.3 framework in Eclipse IDE. I would like to some basics of Eclipse IDE (like setting classpath).which is best place for this.

Thanks in advance.

Have you read through the help text? That text contains quite a few tutorials that introduce you to the various features of Eclipse. Start with the Workbench User Guide topic, then go through the Java Development User Guide topic, and then the Web Tools Platform User Guide topic.
