Hello Ranchers,

I am new to springs.. I have started to learn springs mvc .. after a lot of search i downloaded eclipse ganymade and started working on springs. Now when i run my application i get this exception

If you can please let me know where i went wrong and what should be the proper approach to start springs

The name of the product is "Spring", singular, not "Springs".

Do you have the Spring libraries on your classpath?

It's also possible with Eclipse that if you got the libraries defined locally that they are not explicitly set up as a Java EE module dependency (from the Project->Properties menu). That means the appropriate JAR files won't deploy as part of the package build.
