Not really.
(Well, let me amend that: it depends on what you mean. If you're just looking to simulate the iPhone web experience, yes. If you want to code ObjC apps, not really, at least none that I'm ware of.)

Unfortunately, iOS (iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad) development is Apple-machine (intel-based) only.
SCJP 1.2 (89%), SCWCD 1.3 (94%), IBM 486 (90%), SCJA Beta (96%), SCEA (91% / 77%) , SCEA 5 P1 (77%) , SCBCD 5 (85%)
