unable to open web sevice page

hi,
im new to web services...im learning how to develop web services in netbeans...i had done a sample example which is given in netbeans...whatever is explained in that site i had as it is but im facing problem at unable to view my page in browser..im getting error as 'Make sure the service has been deployed successfully, and the server is running.'..the sever is already in running mode only...can anyone help me out regarding this...
