Forum-ites,

I have been recently acquired by an iPhone and has made me go high, nevertheless. The question I have here is, how can I write applications that will actually monitor the processor utilization of an iPhone? How do I go to the deepest level of the architecture and see what app takes how much time to load and how do I minimize it?

Regards,

With the XCode SDK that you download includes applications to manage and monitor your applications. The application called Instruments is the tool most of us use.

Allocations for memory
Leaks for finding leaks

and there is a performance monitoring app too.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
