Ordering according to values of the fields.

I want these records to be displayed as
1 | 3
1 | 2

If the f value is same then you should get the ordering based on t value.

I am also attaching the second case.

In this case I want the output like this.
2|4
1|10
1|3
1|2

How to form the query for the same.
