Error in netbeans:"Project folder was just in use please restart the IDE to reuse folder"

Hi.
I am using netbeans.
And when i try to open a fully working jsp project by choosing the option
"Web application with existing sources" and select the location for any project i get this error.

"Project folder was just in use please restart the IDE to reuse folder"

But even if i restart netbeans i get the same error.
I have even formatted the computer and reinstalled the netbeans even then i am getting the same error..
Please reply.

Have you got a nbproject-folder in your project? If so, delete it and try again.

Got the answer..
We just need to "open project" and not "create" it..
And we wont get any error.

i.e go to "File" and then "Open Project" and select the project you want to open...
