how to connect mysql database using struts 1.2

i have make some code but it give's me error like : connection could not establish....

The only way this is related to Struts is if you're using the deprecated datasource Struts config file element, which I'd recommend against.

But with no source or anything else usable to help you, that's about all anyone can say.
