How to develop knowledge on normalization and sql queries

I am working as junior java developer but i am very weak in oracle i find difficult in writing queries and normalize the data so kindly suggest to improve my knowledge on both these things.

Read. A lot.

I bought some oracle books published by oracle press for Oracle knowledge.... as for normalization, that's something to look up on the web. There's a billion sites out there.


When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.
