What about the security level Java Web Application frameworks offers to developer ??

am asking about the most popular frameworls such as
1)struts 1.x
2)struts 2.x
3)spring
4) JSF
5) stripes
6) Wicket

or any other frame work is there which is more secure ???

please point your thoughts ....

No framework can offer "full security", especially not if the app is coded insecurely. See http://faq.javaranch.com/java/SecurityFaq#web-apps for some of the issues to look out for.

if we had coded the app securely then whether does the frameworks provide built in security from all type of attacks ???

No. It is extremely unlikely that a) the operating system, b) the JVM, c) the web (app) server, d) all frameworks, and e) all user code are secure individually, or f) as a combination. (Not to mention networks, firewalls, databases and malicious or negligent employees.)
