Neither do the Netherlands and Belgium, although it looks like that in Belgium they are closer to it now than in the Netherlands.

I just read that Belgium is about to break up . This has come up once in a while in the past, especially before elections, but i think the web needs a www.isbelgiumstillacountry.com now.

Australia, Belgium and the Netherlands have governments. They're not anarchies, yet. They merely have not yet decided on who will be the next prime minister.
