for me its very difficult "Replace Laziness with easiness", because I am very lazy..

Hi Vishal,
Laziness is nothing but our mental status.Perhaps physically we are not lazy but our mind doesn't permit our body to work and mind feels sleepy.
These are some healthy tips for you:
1)Must wake up early in the morning,and for this you must also go to bed not quite late.
2)Must do meditation in the morning the best practice for brain,do some running,swimming or any other physical exercise and the best you can do yoga..it can do wonder's(my personal experience)
3)Have a balance and routine to your diet,eat lots of fruits,fresh vegetables,salad's and dry fruit's,get rid of junk food,spicy foods and alcohol if you are taking any.
4)Drink lots of water each day,at least 5- 7 ltrs.
5)Develop a zest and zeal inside you,to attain and achieve your goal or aim of your life and must focus on it,take your life seriously.
