Struts2 FilterDispatcher Error

Hi,

I am trying to deploy war file on weblogic 10 with struts2, getting error in deployment.

War File Structure

META-INF ---> application.xml
WEB-INF -- > lib folder --> struts jar file
---> web.xml & weblogic.xml
ui --> jsp files

web.xml file looks like.....

I am using struts2-core-2.2.1.jar, weblogic version 10.0.1 and jdk version 1.5.0
