Hi all,

I'm new to Jboss AS and developer studio. I'm trying to deploy the simplest app but no luck. Here's what I did: opened Developer Studio 3.0.1 GA (the latest) and started a Seam Web Project. I didn't do anything else in the project. I simply started AS 6.0 and chose Run On Server. But it fails with the following stack. Any idea?

Thanks,
Eddy

Hi Eddy,

¿How are you?

I had the same problem, this happens because the jar "jboss-seam-ui.jar" which is located in the Jboss Seam framework "\jboss-seam-2.1.1.GA\lib" has the file "jboss-seam- 2.1.1.GA\lib\jboss-seam-ui.jar\META-INF\s.tld" with some errors. Please check the following documentation "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JBSEAM-4192" there you will find the solution. It worked for me.

Greetings.
