CTRL+PAGE+UP/PAGE_DOWN.

Too much mousing inflames muscles and tendons all the way from my shoulder blade to the ends of my fingers so I always appreciate shortcut keys. Unfortunately, the biggest offenders are web browsers, where the focus tabbing is often inconvenient and all sorts of things rip control away from the scrolling keys.

A lot the of modern-day software development platforms are designed to permit parcelling out work to those with the best aptitude for it. A lot of modern-day business is predicated on making one person do all the work, regardless of aptitude.
