Have question on Open Source License, especially on mysql, one of the license says if I (commercial vendor) distribute my software with mysql binnaries then i will have to purchase the mysql license from oracle, i interpret it as if i provide my client with mysql installble along with my software i will have to buy license, is it correct interpretation?
Also, under free license can i package jdbc driver for mysql? any more info will be very helpful

It gets tricky. MySQL is also available under the GPL with a linking exceptions, which -depending on the specific circumstances- may enable you to ship MySQL with a product that depends on it without obtaining the OEM license from Oracle. I'd advise to consult a lawyer that specializes in such cases.
