Where to file a Case aganist consultancies . ??

Hi ,
I am from India .
I am working for a Software company as a Vendor (Employeed through Consultancy )

Can any body please let me know where exactly to file a case aganist consultancy in case it fails to pay our LTA Amount / PF Amount / or Salary accordingly ??

Any ideas ??

Actual Customer -> Software company -> Consultancy -> You.

If the actual customer doesn't pay it will create a chain reaction of lawsuits from the bottom up.

I think you should sub-contract it one level further just for kicks.
