I have taken my first SCJP 6 exam on 07/31/2010 and passed the exam with 80% marks.But untill now my SUN CERTIFICATION I7 DATABASE profile is still has not been created. So, I mailed to suncert_ww@oracle.com about this and suncert_ww@oracle.com mailed me 12 days back that your profile is still not created ,you will recieve automatic mail when your profile is created and sorry for inconvenience.So,I mailed them again but this time I got no reply.

But I can successfully login to prometric site and Sun's Certification Management site where I can see my score.

PLEASE tell me what to do now?
