Professional certification forums structure after September 1st 2010

Hi All !

Oracle announced that Sun certifications will be renamed under Oracle brand

Those who took exam after Sept 1st can see that there is no "Sun" on the score reports, but "Oracle".

Also, new JEE6 certifiaction are coming (JPA 2.0, JSF 2.0).

Not sure if this was already discussed... But will the structure of professional certification forum change ?

Not at this time. JPAcertification should be discussed in EJB Certification (SCBCD) and JSF certification in Web Component Certification (SCWCD). Once there is enough content, we may split the forums.

Should not at least existing forums be renamed now ?

Like SCJP -> OCPJP, etc. ?

There is no any more such thing as SCJP ...

Cool, I never knew Google would tell the number of searches for a particular phrase - how does one go about finding those numbers?

It's in the adwords stuff ... look for "keyword tool"
