needs Open source java desktop application with the MySQL database

im searching for the open source MySQL database java application for the study. i have downloaded JBilling and its sourcecode too but its on JSP. i dont have idea about JSP. so im searching for the simple desktop application using JFrame or JApplet.. please recommend me..

Using JDBC in a Swing app is exactly the same as in any other app; are you having specific issues?
