I know developers do unit testing . who will do Integration testing.(Developer or Tester)
For unit testing developer has to write Test cases or not

Depends on a lot of factors. Ideally, both would be involved, perhaps in parallel, perhaps working together.

Both. You need to know your code works with other pieces. The tester needs to know the system works together.

It depends. Good practice says you write junit test cases. If you are talking about formal test scripts, the tester usually writes those.
