Good Day

I have a current issues or problem and I need advise. I am currently a Junior Java Developer and I need know how can I improve my Java skills and ensure that I am very good and coding and also understanding Java fundamentals.

Also I will soon go re write my SCJA which I failed.

What advise do you have for me

My advice:

1 - Read Head First Java.
2 - Build several sample programs.
3- Take as many mock exams as you can.
4- Read cert books such as Cameron McKenzie SCJA books and my own.
5- Try out the trial version of Enterprise Architect by Sparx Systems to refine your UML skills.
6- Retake the SCJA exam.

Good luck.
