Dear All,
The following is successfully deployed enterprise application, which is deployed in glassfish server. It has ejb, war and application client module.

I can access ejb using HelloUserServlet and HelloUserClient. But both takes long to reply.
What can i do to increase speed?

Thanks

Regards, Sharmila.

Sharmila,
You could use @Local instead of @Remote to speed things along, but that may not meet your requirements.

How long is it taking? Do you know where the bottleneck is? (CPU, RAM, network)

Thanks Jeanne,
I have 2GB RAM, CPU does NOT show 100%. My machine use modem as a gateway, is it a problem? My machine has one physical interface which has local ip address like 192.168...... Gateway is modem. So i think glassfish might be searching something outside. Not sure, but let me check with etherial and see. Or may be i need to set specific gateway in glassfish. It takes near about 30-45 seconds to get response of any request. Even adminstartion panel of glassfish takes 1-2 minute to load on the same machine. So looks like it is network problem.
Thanks, i will check details and let you know!

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
