Connecting to Remote Unix Host from JAVA

Hi all,

1) I use JSch [Java Secure Channel] to connect to my remote host. I am able to connect and execute unix commands using this. But for certain commands, I get error such as Null Pointer Exception. But, when I debug the same, it gets executed and displays the output properly. So, I guess, the time delay in executing the subsequent commands in Java has to be delayed, such that, it manages to fetch the output from the unix, and displays it through the Java GUI. Please tell me, how to set this time delay.

JSch has a mailing list. You may have better luck searching or posting there.
