The book has been out for a month now! This is pretty knew to me. I'll try to see if I can find it next time I go to the book store!

Hi,
I had the misfortune of purchasing this book and would sincerely not recommend it.
It basically consists of a summary of the relevant API's and some lame multiple choice questions. I guess that all books by this author are of a similar nature. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Unfortunately to hear the book was not good, but thanks for sharing your experiences with the book. I can advice a really good SCJD-book, written by Andrew Monkhouse. More info can be found in ScjdFaq
